Return / Replace Medicine

1. Eligibility
Returns or replacements are possible within 7 days from the date of delivery. Eligible reasons include:
- Expired product received at delivery.
- Broken or damaged product packaging.
- Missing product from your order.
2. Return/Replacement Process
To initiate a request, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the request.
- Our team will verify and process the return or replacement within 2-4 hours.
3. Refunds
Refunds are initiated after the physical verification of the returned product:
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
- For Cash On Delivery (COD) transactions, the refund will be issued via UPI.
4. Replacement
Replacements will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to product availability. Delivery of the replacement item typically takes 3-5 business days.
5. Non-Eligible Returns
Products returned after the 7-day window from the delivery date are not eligible for a return or replacement under any circumstances.
